Progress Report

I found a list of foods that are supposed to be good for boosting mood. Carrots, brazil nuts, chicken, turkey, lean beef to name a few. 03/30/17 Doctor Appointment

I went to the doctor yesterday. I was hoping for support and encouragement for beating depression without the meds. He encouraged and supported my decision to exercise more and watch my diet. Setback

I work at night and I have Thursday and Friday off every week. Usually, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I sleep when I’m sleepy. Routine goes out the window. So does my diet.
